Climb Khao Luang mountain (1835 meters) - the highest in southern Thailand (January to June)

Day 1 (L.D)
Meet at Nakhon Sri Thammarat bus station or train station or airport in the early morning. Pick up truck transfer to Kiriwong village. At the Kiriwong village eco-tourism club we will do the equipment check and prepare for the climbing.
Leave Kiriwong village at about 0900Hrs. Walk pass Suan Somlom (a mixed fruits garden of durin, mangosteen, vegetables, etc.) and Pru Kham waterfall. We will arrive at Wang Ai waterfall at about noon time. Have a jungle lunch and a short rest.
Continue climbing. Now the trail becomes steep and you have to keep going slowly and steadily with some effort. We will pass the places with the names: Suan Sai Nai, San Lung Phram and Dong Tark (a leeche area!). At about 1800Hrs we should arrive at Lan Sai (850 meters). Set up a campsite. Pitch the tents and prepare the dinner. We can use the water from a nearby stream.
Day 2 (B.L.D)
At 0600Hrs wake up and do the morning business. We cook breakfast to eat and lunch to pack and carry along. At 0900Hrs start climbing again. Trail is steep and we will pass the place called Lan Mai Daeng (red trees). At about noon time we shall arrive at the place where there is an old helicopter pad, called Lan Huh. Have lunch and take a short rest.
Continue climbing and finally we will arrive at the peak (1835 meters) at about 1800Hrs. Pitch the tents and prepare the dinner. Water is available 20 min away at a headwater of a stream. It is cold and we will need to have a hot drink.
Day 3 (B.L)
Have sunrise view in the early morning and have jungle breakfast. Pack the stuff and we will start climbing down. We could go faster but with a care taken on each step. Lunch will be at Lan Sai campsite. Continue trekking down till we get back to Kiriwong village at about 1800Hrs.
Take a shower. We will send you to bus station or train station or to Nakhon Sri Thammarat town.

4D3N Ti Lo Su Waterfall ( one of the 10 most beautiful falls in the world ) in Umphang.
This trip is possible whole year.
Day 1 (D)
You arrive Umphang (yourself). Today we will provide you a room at our resort 1km from the town. You will also be provided a Thai dinner.
Sleep in our resort room. Wooden room attached with toilet.
Day 2 (B.L.D)
We will pick and send you by car to the rafting point on Meklong river. Equipment check and learn how to handle the raft and safety matters. Rafting down Meklong river for about 4hours. You will pass Ti Lo Jor waterfall, a hot spring. The scene is breathtaking: limestone cliffs, thick forest, caves, birds and so on.
At "Tha Sai" boat landing place you will have lunch boxes. You will then continue on foot (trekking)for about 3 hours to Ti Lo Su waterfall camp site.
Dinner will be prepared and eaten at the camp site. Sleep in the tent.
Day 3 (B.L.D)
Camp brekafast. Today morning you will trek 1.5 km (about 20 minutes) to Ti Lo Su waterfall. You can climb to the upper levels. Have a dip and swim in the pools.
Before noon time you will walk back to the camp site for lunch. After the lunch you will walk 7 km (about 2.5 hours) along a stream to Kotha village (Karen people).
In the village you will have a room in a house for the home stay. Dinner will be provided. There is a primary school, Karen houses where you can watch hand weaving of cloths, etc.
Sleep in the village.
Day 4 (B.L)
Breakfast in the village. Today you will hike through the jungle for about 3 to 4 hours to the road where our 4wd truck will be waiting.
Then you will be transported to Umphang. After the lunch we will send you to the local transport station in Umphang.
We provide :
1. Transportation by 4x4 pick up truck
2. Inflatable raft, life jackets, tents, sleeping bags.
3. Thai style meals as per the program including seasonal fruits, drinking water
4. One night in Double sharing room: electricity, fan, attached bathroom in Umphang

Islands in Trang province in southern Thailand (November to May)
If you do not like crowd pease avoid Thai new year holidays:13 to 17 April and X-mas season: 20 Dec to 10 Jan.
Day 1 (L.D)
Meet at Trang airport, and transfer by car to Had Chao Mai boat pier. From the boat pier we will take around 45 minute by boat to Libong Island.
Check in at Libong beach bungalow and have lunch. You will relax and enjoy the natural beauty of wildlife and scenery.
Afternoon a short trail walk from north to south along the beach and bird watching at Nok Island.
Seafood dinner and overnight in Libong beach bungalow.
Day 2 (B.L.D)
After breakfast, you will relax and wait for the boat to Muk Island. You will swim through a small passage to the mysterious cave called "MARAKOT CAVE" and emerges to the light at the inner part of the island, surrounded by the high cliffs. There is a large white sand beach inside the cave.
Picnic lunch on the boat at noon time. Continue to Chiag Island (Koh Chiag). You will see a various kinds of bright color fish in the shallow water. Many different color coral.
Snorkeling at shallow water along the beach or resting on the beach for a while.
In the late afternoon come back to Libong island. Seafood dinner and overnight in Libong beach bungalow.
Day 3 (B.L)
Breakfast and rest time at your leisure. After the lunch we will send you to Trang's Had Chao Mai boat pier, from where you will be transported by car to the Trang airport.
This 3 days and 2 nights package is joining a small group of 6 to 10 people.

Climb 2285 meters Doi Pha Hom Pok, the 2nd highest in Thailand (November to May)
Day 1
Meet at new Morchit bus terminal in Bangkok at about 1700Hrs. We will take "Bangkok - Thaton" air-con bus that departs at 1830Hrs. It is about 810 km from Bangkok to Fang district. We will sleep in the bus.
Day 2 (B.L.D)
Arrives Fang district at bout 0730Hrs. We will have breakfast at a restaurant. We will take a pick up truck at Choke Thani market to travel to Mae Fang national park where Doi Pha Hom Pok is located. Fang to the national park's headquarters is about 10 km distance.
At the headquarters we will have a briefing about the national park by the park's officials. We will get a guide, foods and drinking water. After the equipment check we will start the trekking to the base camp. It is about 6 hours trek on a trail to the north (toward the Myanmar-Thailand border). All people need to carry their own stuff plus food. Lunch will be had in the jungle. Arrive at the camp site and get tents and sleeping bags. Pitch the tents and prepare the dinner together.
At night time if you are still not sleepy you can go for a night safary tour to a nearby woods to watch the animals from the hiding places.
Day 3 (B.L.D)
Prepare the morning camp meal. After the breakfast we will start the final trek to the summit of Doi Pha Hom Pok at 2285 meters above sea level. We will bring our lunch in the boxes. This part is about 5 km long, and it will take us about 3 hours to mount. Along the way there are birds to watch and various kinds of trees and animals to learn. The summit is a small place of roughly 3 meter x 20 meter. Take photos of the surrounding panorama.
Have lunch and pack the garbage to come down to the base camp. In the past people were allowed to camp overnight at the summit. Since that practice spoiled the nature people were no longer allowed to sleep there any more.
At the camp site we will prepare the dinner to eat. Overnight in tents.
Day 4 (B)
Camp breakfast. We will have a pick up truck to transport us to Fang. On the way we will visit Huay Bon cave. In Fang we have a few hours for shopping, lunch and sightseeing.
The air-con bus Thaton - Bangkok will arrive Fang at about 1630Hrs. Again we will spend the night in the bus. The bus will stop at Chiang Mai for the dinner.
Day 5
Arrive Bangkok new Morchit bus terminal at about 0600Hrs. Good bye and see you again.
We provide :
1. Round trip air-con bus tickets: Bangkok - Fang - Bangkok
2. Pick up truck transport: Fang to Mae Fang national park's headquarters and Base camp to Fang.
3. Thai style meals (rice, noodle soup, vegetable, some meat) as per the programs, drinking water ( bottled or boiled ), seasonal fruits

Climbing Doi Pui in Mae Hong Son province, 3 to 4 days (November to May)
Day 1 (L.D)
Meet at Mae Hong Son hotel or airport. Transfer by pick up truck car to the start point. Walk up along Maehongson creek passing
evergreen jungle, waterfalls, deep gorges and sometimes hike through water several times.
Visit hilltribe Karen people. Overnight at Ban Hua Nam.
Day 2 (B.L.D)
Climbing up steep mountain slopes. There are views of different type of plants and trees on different
elevation. Tourists need to walk along high narrow ridge some places of which are a metre wide with
one side of high cliff wall and the other side is dense evergreen forest far below you. Follow the tiger track and finally arrive at
the very beautiful panorama view of the summit. Good place to see sun set and sun rise, and a best place to watch stars in the night. Overnight camping on the mountain.
Day 3 (B.L.D)
Walk down the mountain to Ban Huai Hi. Afternoon pick up to Maehongson, and end for 3 days hike.
For 4 days trekkers in the afternoon walk down to Ban Huai Kung,on the Mae Sa Mat river side.
Overnight Ban Huai Kung.
Day 4 (B.L)
Walk down to the river and pass many river streams with superb swimming holes. You would swim stop at every hole for a swim. Afternoon transfer by pick up cars to Mae Hong son.
End for 4 days hiking.
We provide:

Climb Chiang Dao (2225 meters) the third highest peak in Thailand (November to May)

Day 1 (L.D)
You need to arrive Chiang Dao before 0900Hrs. Meet in front of Chiang Dao Inn. You can ask the bus driver to drop you there.
Transfer by pick up truck to the Chiang Dao wild life sanctuary office where permit to climb to the peak will be obtained. Do the equipment and gear check and pack the food. We will travel in the pick up truck to the starting point at Den Yah Kud. It is about 40 min drive on the jungle route. There is a check point on the way, where we have to show the permit.
Our lunch will be had at Den Yah Kud.
After the lunch we will start the trek. Hike through pine forest where the scene is very beautiful. Then comes the field of tall grassland, after this we will get to the first night camp at the base of Doi Sam Pi Nong (three sisters peaks). The camp site is called "Khow Dok Tau". Total trekking time today shall be about 4 hrs. Have a jungle dinner and sleep in the tents under the sounds of the forest.
Day 2 (B.L.D)
In the early morning have hot cups of coffee before breakfast. Look around the beautiful forest in the morning mist. After the breakfast we will pack and trek again. Pass the three sisters mountains, Doi Nua (pyramid shape mountain) and Dong Noi where we will enter the land of birds. There are trees locally called "Nang Paya Sua Klong" which look like Sakura flower trees of Japan. There are many kinds of birds and we will spend about an hour for bird watching. Then 2 more hours of trek will take us to the second camp site at Ang Salung at the base of Chiang Dao. Packed lunch will be had during the trek.
Rest for a while before taking the final ascent.
The final leg to the peak of Chiang Dao (2225 meters above the sea level) is through the sub-alpine vegetations such as Dipsacaceae, Balsaminaceae. This takes only about 20 min. Spend evening time on the peak. Watch the panorama view at sunset. Then we will walk down to the campsite for dinner and overnight in the tents.
Day 3 (B.L)
Jungle breakfast at campsite. Have a morning walk to enjoy the sights and sounds of the forest. We will pack and hike for about 5 Hrs to Ban Tham village. Take a shower at a local house and have lunch. In the afternoon pick up truck car will transport you to the bus stop at Chiang Dao district.

2. Experienced local guide and porters
3. Thai style meals, hot drinks, locally available fruits, drinking water (bottled or boiled)

Climb Mokoju mountain (1964 meters) in Mae Wong national park (November to February)
Day 1 (D)
In the morning meet at your place in Bangkok at about 0900Hrs. We will leave Bangkok for a 370 km or 5.5 hours trip
to Mae Wong national park. We will pass Ayutthaya, Ang Thong, Singburi and Nakhon Sawan (the meeting place of Ping and Nan
rivers forming Chao Phara river). You will have your lunch on the way. After Nakhon Sawan we will be heading north-west to the
forested hills of western Thailand.
Arrive at the headquarters in the afternoon. We will get our camp ground, pitch our tents and prepare a delicious dinner.
Make friend with the ranger guides from the park office. Overnight in the tents.
Day 2 (B. L.D)
Camp breakfast. Equipment check and prepare the packing at the park headquarters. We have to bring the stuff ourself. The park office will provide only the guide. Each member of the party have to carry their shared load: tents, sleeping bags, their own back pack, food and other gear, etc. Start the trek at about 0930Hrs, hiking up and down the many hills through the mixed forest. We will also pass streams and get wet. Lunch is on the way. Today we will walk about 15 km to get to a place beside Mae Krasa stream, where we will pitch the tents. Have dinner and sleep in tents.
Day 3 (B.L.D)
Wake up and finish the morning business. After the jungle breakfast we will start hikking again at about 0830Hrs. Two hour trek will take us to a point at Mae Riwa stream, where we will set up a camp. Prepare the lunch to eat. From this place we will go for a trek to Mae Riwa waterfall. The round trip to this waterfall will take about 2hours. We will spend the night in this place. After the dinner sleep early to create energy for the next day's attempt to the summit.
Day 4 (B.L.D)
After the breakfast we will continue the trek at about 0800Hrs. Today climb is the hardest 8 hours ascent to the peak. Before getting to Mokoju peak we will pass 4 hills, the first three are covered by mixed forest. Before the fourth hill there is a stream where we can fill up our containers. We will set up our camp on the slope of Mokoju. From the camp it would be about 20 minuates climb to the peak of 1964 meters above sea level, the highest in the park.
From the summit we can have views of Klong Lan forest (in the north), Umphang forest (in the west), Huay Kha Khaeng forest (in the south-east) and Mae Wong forest (in the east). For dinner and overnight we will get back to the camp.
Day 5 (B.L.D)
Jungle breakfast. We will hike down. Lunch will be prepared and eaten at Mae Ki stream. Continue trekking to a place at Mae Krasa stream for pitching the tents. Dinner and sleep at the camp.
Day 6 (B.L)
Jungle breakfast. At about 0900Hrs leave the camp and hike for the park's headquarters. Lunch is on the way. We should arrive at the headquarters at about 1500Hrs. Wash up yourself. We will then say good bye to the park's guide (ranger) and take the van car to Bangkok.
You will have your own dinner at a restaurant on the way. Arrive Bangkok around 2200Hrs.
We will provide
1. One air-con van car transport round trip: Bangkok - Mae Wong national park headquarters - Bangkok
2. Guide (forest ranger) from the national park headquarters (they do not speak English)
3. One staff going together (speaking Thai and English)
4. Two-men tents, sleeping bags, things for cooking
5. Mae Wong national park entrance fee
6. Food: rice and simple soup with vegetable and canned fish (or fish catched from the stream), bread and hot drink, boiled and / or filtered water for drinking
7. Travel insurance
Cost for a 6 to 8 people group = Thai Baht 6500/person
Note: Since this trip is a hard trip you need to be excellently fit. You have to carry the things. Total trekking distance is about 60 km. There is no well defined trails to the peak. There are many streams to pass. Booking have to be done at least one month ahead.

- For the rainy season trek (normally June to Oct) please bring rain coat
- A set of warm clothes if traveling during the cool season (Oct to Feb) or climbing high mountains.
Please do not bring valuable items along. Bring only the necessary items for these trips. Please also note that for all the above trips you have to be outdoor type and physically and mentally fit enough. The conditions (clean-ness, available food, place to sleep, etc.) are far from perfect. Alcoholic drinks are not allowed.
Above costs can be changed without prior notice, due to the changing local conditions. When you go for one of the above trips, the actual details may not be the same as above.
